Driver Requirements
- At least 23 years old
- At least 6 months of CDL Class A driving experience
- Flatbed drivers need open deck experience
- Maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than one at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years

Pay
- Industry-leading pay, paid weekly
- .01 CPM anniversary pay based on safety and KPI’s
- $100/day paid orientation
- $25 extra stops, $75 layover past 24 hours, $75 NYC
- $20 detention per hour after 3 hours, if Paid by Customer
- Tolls paid
- Dry Van: Paid on TMS Miles (similar to Rand HHG)
- Paid truck washes
- More home time!
